He began his professional career around the age of 17, accompanying various singers in the sertanejo (Brazilian country music) genre. After a period of private drum lessons with teachers in his area, he earned a scholarship to the University of Vale do Itajaí (Univali), in Santa Catarina, to study for a Bachelor's degree in Popular Music with an emphasis on Drums and Percussion, under the coordination of Professor Rodrigo Gudin Paiva. During this time, he taught at the Parada Cultural Music School and in the university's Extension Project focused on drum instruction. Along with a musical group formed by students from the course, he won first place at the 9th Univali Cultural Festival and joined the GPI (Itajaí Percussion Group), participating in the show "Music of the World". During this phase, he also participated in the Itajaí and Navegantes Music Festivals, where he studied with renowned musicians such as Pascoal Meirelles, Itamar Collaço, and Sandro Haick.

After completing his studies at Univali, he enrolled in the Music Licentiate program at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). During this period, he worked as a percussionist in the UFSCar Experimental Orchestra, performing at events such as the ISME (International Society for Music Education). In addition, he participated in the Ourinhos Music Festival, where he studied with musicians such as Cuca Teixeira, Arismar do Espírito Santo, and Djalma Lima.

Simultaneously, he worked as a drum teacher at a private music school and later enrolled in the MPB/Jazz course at the Dr. Carlos de Campos Dramatic and Musical Conservatory (Tatuí Conservatory). At the institution, he studied with teachers and musicians such as Heverton Silveira, Rodrigo Marimônio (Banha), Rodrigo Digão Braz, Everton Barba, Fábio Gouveia, Paulo Flores, Leonardo Ferrarini, Felipe Brisola, and Diego Garbin. During his studies, he was a scholarship recipient of the Conservatory's Jazz Combo, performing alongside artists such as Joyce Moreno, Joana Queiroz, Wanessa Dourado, and Léa Freire. He participated in important events, such as the 52nd Campos do Jordão Winter Festival and the 1st New Composers Competition, in addition to recording original tracks at the studio of the Sound Production course at Fatec, in Tatuí.

For three years, he was a resident musician at the Gabrielle Cultural Lounge, where he accompanied renowned artists, including guitarist Victor Biglione, Eduardo Ardanuy, percussionists Edmundo Carneiro and Marco Bosco, instrumentalists Dô de Carvalho and Diego Garbin, and singers David Kerr and Manu Cavalaro.

He also participated in the 40th Curitiba Music Workshop, where he studied with drummer Ramon Montagner. He received a scholarship for the closing MPB concert, held with the Wind Orchestra, under the artistic direction of Nailor Proveta, which featured singer Teresa Cristina, in homage to Paulinho da Viola's 80th birthday.

Currently, he is a student in the Postgraduate Program in Music (Master's degree) at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), in the research area of Musical Performance. He holds a degree in Brazilian Popular Music/Jazz from the Tatuí Conservatory and a degree in Music from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). He teaches as a music educator in Collective Drumming and Ensemble Practice at the Regional Center of the Guri Project in São Carlos. In addition, he works as a teacher and assistant with the Big Band, an artistic-pedagogical group present in various regional centers of the Guri Project, in the interior and capital of São Paulo state. He currently resides in São Carlos, where he also performs as an instrumentalist in groups and with singers and musicians focused on the Brazilian Popular Music, Jazz, and Instrumental Music scene.
